Ben Chandler
Financial Controller
Ben joined Title Research in December 2006 bringing seven years operational finance experience to the group. He worked for a variety of fast-changing companies across the television and media industries during the dot-com and interactive boom of the late nineties/early noughties, before spending several years leading the management reporting team at FTSE International, the financial services index company. At Title Research, Ben heads up the business support services managing the Finance, IT, Human Resources & Office Administration teams. Ben is a CIMA qualified accountant

Abiola Taiwo
Assistant Accountant
Abiola joined Title Research in March, 2010 as an Assistant Accountant to oversee the divisional finance function from day to day transactional processing all the way through to management reporting. Abiola is ACCA qualified and has a number of years of experience working within the Finance department.

Anita Tweh
Finance Assistant
Anita has a BA(Hons) in Accountancy & Law and also has over 9 years of experience working within the Finance Department of Public and non-profit making Organisations in the UK and overseas . Anita joined Title Research in July 2006 as a Finance Assistant – responsible for Purchase & Sales Ledgers, Payroll and supporting Finance Team with month end processes.

Kelly Greenhalgh
Executive Assistant
Kelly joined Title Research in June 2010 as TR’s Executive Assistant having previously worked in the public sector. Kelly’s role involves supporting business development activities, assisting in the marketing activities and to arrange and participate in meetings, conferences and project team activities. Kelly is also responsible for overseeing the office administration function and is a first point of contact for staff on HR issues. Kelly is PRINCE2 Foundation qualified, and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communication (Social Inquiry) from the University of Technology, Sydney Australia.

Robin Matthews
IT Manager
Robin joined Title Research in April 2007 as an IT Systems Engineer and has recently been appointed IT Manager. He brings eight years of IT experience coming from working in a busy IT department with positions ranging from first line helpdesk, client site visits / installations, through to technical specialist. He spent 10 years working for a corporate and company secretarial compliance software provider. Robin is a qualified Microsoft professional.

Mark Challis
IT Support Technician
Mark joined Title Research in 2005 and is the current 1st line of IT support to the company. As well as day to day support, he is also responsible for IT training and is part of the IS027001 team. Mark also leads all software development projects for the company’s case management system, Visualfiles. Mark is a Microsoft certified professional.

Carole Broad
Receptionist
Carole joined Title Research in 2002 as Receptionist and remains in that position today. She is responsible for answering all incoming telephone calls and distributing all enquiries to the Technical Consultancy Team. Carole has recently taken on some extra Office Manager roles and aids the smooth running of Title Research on a day-to-day basis.
