With the time consuming maze of foreign bureaucracy and the unfamiliar procedures, not to mention the different language in many cases, the repatriation of overseas assets can become time consuming and can present challenges to your practice in terms of charge out rates and internal staff to resource these requests.

Alex Wilkinson
Alex graduated with honours in Law from Downing College, Cambridge, in 2007 and was a commercial litigation paralegal in Bournemouth before joining the Asset Valuation & Transfer team of Title Research in February 2010. Alex specialises in verifying and arranging for the sale of UK share portfolios and particularly enjoys the challenge of repatriating assets in North America.
Shazia Khan
Shazia joined Title Research in 2008 having previous case work experience with the regulatory body for dentists. She has worked on estates with varying assets in all six continents and specialises in dealing with cases with a European, Asian and North American element. Shazia holds a BA (Hons) in East European Political History.
Samantha Waller
Samantha joined Title Research in 2008 as a Case Manager for the Asset Valuation and Transfer Team, dealing with the verification, valuation and transfer or sale of both UK and foreign assets. She previously worked for the Home Office as a legal case handler. Samantha enjoys solving the problems that can arise from a cross border estate, having a particular interest in Australasia assets. Samantha holds a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry.
Sharan Kalsi
Sharan joined Title Research in 2009 as a Case Manager for the Asset Valuation and Transfer Team having previously worked for a local High Street Law Firm. Sharan has over five years experience working within the Legal Sector particularly in residential and commercial property law. She now works on international cases and enjoys the challenge of foreign bureaucracy, particularly when dealing with overseas land and property. Sharan holds a LLB (Honours) degree.
Louisa Gothard
Louisa is a qualified Solicitor and worked in practice for five years prior to joining Title Research in March 2010. From her experience working as Solicitor in Spain, Louisa particularly enjoys dealing with Spanish assets such as land and property. Louisa holds an LLB Hons in Law and is fluent in Spanish.
