Title Research can obtain copies of birth, adoption, marriage, registered civil partnership and death certificates. Our DocuSearch service also provides copies of decrees absolute, wills and grants.
DocuSearch searches for the following documents in England and Wales:
- Birth, marriage and death certificates from 1837
- Registered civil partnerships from 2005
- Adoption certificates from 1927
- Decrees absolute from 1857
- Wills and grants of representation from 1858
The fee for the DocuSearch service is £50 (plus VAT) per certificate requested. Please supply the date and place of the event you wish to document. If more than one certificate is requested, the fee for each certificate is reduced to £20 (plus VAT). Disbursements from the relevamt registry are re-charged at cost as follows:
Birth, adoption, marriage or death certificates (five day service) - £7
Birth, adoption, marriage or death certificates (two day service) - £23
Decrees absolute (which searches a 10 year period) - £20
Office copy wills - £5
Office copy grants - £5
