All our genealogical research is carried out with insurance in mind, including Missing Beneficiary Indemnity Insurance. 

We are one of the few probate genealogy providers that do not offer contingency fees, as we do not believe this is an ethical approach. We work for you to ensure that beneficiaries receive their inheritance quickly and in full. We do not charge based on the value of the estate; we calculate our fees based on the work involved.

When repatriating assets, we utilise our global reach and years of expertise to ensure the estate value is maximised for beneficiaries. We can navigate the complex legal paperwork and processes overseas. We specialise in North American assets and as such, can assist with the transfer and sale of US and Canadian shareholdings, obtain Medallion Signature Guarantees, assist with IRS applications to obtain Federal Transfer Certificates (Form 5173) as well as assist with reclaiming escheated assets.
